Rick started in construction after serving in the U.S. Coastguard in 1968. Established in the building business for 35 years, Rick has endured the ups and downs of the economy. He has been crafting fine homes in the Pacific Northwest since 1974. In his pursuit of excellence he has constructed over 300 premium homes, built under his demanding quest for the highest quality at the most reasonable price. While establishing a firm foundation of integrity and honesty, Rick has exceptional client rapport, whether building a custom home or a remodel.

TREVOR JONES - Vice President
Trevor has been in the construction business for 15 years. With his knowledge of the field and leadership skills, Trevor runs a tight ship on his job sites. As a "hands on" builder, Trevor maintains a sharp attention to detail, producing homes built to perfection. Trevor works closely with our clients and subcontractors to be sure that each home is built with the utmost quality and on schedule.

BOBBI JONES - Interior coordinator
"Gofer" isn't her official title, but she does tend to be the one to render the needed parts to help keep the project moving. Interior components of the homes we build are a passion of Bobbi's, from picking appropriate appliances to bath fixtures and dressing the areas with sophistication or whimsy in light fixtures and paint to bring a Casa Group house into a home. Working with our clients to achieve their ideas into a reality for their new home is a pleasure for Bobbi.
